Do I have to buy anything after the audit?
No. The audit is free and has no obligation.

We don’t publish prices. After the free audit, you get a scoped proposal: written scope, deliverables and timeline before any work starts.
How long does a project take?

Where do we start?

Do we have to change the tools we use?
No. We build into the tools you already use: your CRM, phone, WhatsApp, Google and Microsoft tools.
Will we see what you’re building before you build it?
Yes. We draw the workflow before writing any code, so you see exactly what will happen.

You own your workflows, data and accounts.
Can we stop monthly support?
Yes. Partner is monthly support, with notice to end. The notice period is set in your proposal.
Do you write reviews or testimonials for clients?
No. We only use real customer reviews that customers have agreed to share, and we never write or generate testimonials.
Do your outbound calling agents say they’re an AI?
It depends. By default the agent doesn’t open the call by announcing it, but if the person asks whether they’re speaking to an AI, it says yes plainly and never claims to be a person.
Rules differ by country, and some require an AI-voiced call to say it’s an AI up front. Where a country’s rules require it, we set the agent to say at the start of the call that it’s an AI call. All outbound calls follow the calling rules we agree with each client.

We focus first on IT companies and MNCs, startups and MSMEs, design studios, real estate, hospitals and clinics, e-commerce, education and coaching, local services, marketing agencies and traditional businesses. It’s not an exhaustive list.
What happens to the details I send you?
How long we keep it
We check website requests (contact requests and sent audit results) once a month, and delete each one once it reaches 24 months.
If you become a client, we keep your client records for as long as the law requires for business records.
