About these terms

This website is run by Cognifaze, based in India. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Questions: support@cognifaze.com.

What this website is for

The website explains our services and lets you contact us. Nothing on it is an offer to work with you. Work starts only after we both agree a written proposal with the scope, deliverables and timeline.

The free automation audit is free and comes with no obligation. Diagrams and examples on the website show how a system could work; they are not promised results.

Using the website

Please give true details when you contact us, and do not use the forms to send spam, try to break or overload the website, or get into areas you are not allowed to use.

Our content

The text, design, diagrams and logos on this website belong to Cognifaze unless we say otherwise. You are welcome to share links to our pages and Field Notes posts.

Links to other websites

Where we link to other websites, we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your details.

Limits of our responsibility

We provide this website for general information, as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not promise that it is complete, up to date or free of errors, and we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Dahod, Gujarat, India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
